As a Gold member with the Saskatchewan New Home Warranty Program, every home we build comes with the assurance of quality and a comprehensive warranty that includes:

  • Deposit Protection: your initial deposit is covered
  • Workmanship & Materials Protection: we warrant that your home is free of defects
  • Water Leaks Protection: the building envelope is resistant to water seepage
  • Structural Protection: your home is free of major structural defects

We earned our Gold membership, after fulfilling a variety of stringent requirements, including an unblemished record of close to 10 years of service. We guarantee our customers are buying the best-built homes in our cities’ finest communities.
